You all know by now how much I love Lucy from Attic24‘s blogs, her love for crochet and passion for all things bright. I could hardly contain my excitement when I spotted a blog on a knitted garden! Yes you read right... a knitted GARDEN!
It is a traveling exhibition on tour throughout the UK. If you want to find out more about the exhibition visit their blog here.
In short, the project was organized by Pauline Stanley and it was done by 1600 knitters of which the youngest was 2 and the oldest 99. Many of the knitters had disabilities such as visual impairment, physical and learning disabilities.
I think it truly is blooming marvelous.
