UPVC Products

uPVC (Unplasticised polyvinyl chloride ) is used in the building industry because it is a low maintenance material. It comes in a variety of colours and finishes and is mostly used as window and door frames. It is also use for gutters and drain pipes.


uPVC has advantages over steel and cast iron as:

  • It is not affected by contact with cement
  • The colour goes through the complete wall thickness of the material (2 - 3mm)
  • If it is scratched, the marks can be polished out
  • The corners are welded  and not mechanically joined
  • It can’t corrode, even with direct contact with salt water
  • Is the best material used to secure double glazing, ensuring it has the best noise and weatherproofing possible
