Kamers Vol Geskenke (Rooms filled with Gifts) this year celebrated its ninth show on the Lourensford Wine Estate in Somerset West (25 - 29 October). And true to this year's theme, it unquestionably was a Carousel of Creativity!
The fair showcased some 200 stalls, filled with handmade, affordable and delightfully creative products. Products exhibited ranged from gourmet deli to decor accessories, ceramics and jewelry.
In the Organisers’ words; "We're not into the perfectly made or the mass produced - it's about high end true craft, slightly imperfect, timeless and originally designed... that special something that is only found at the show."
Kamers Vol in Irene this November
This month the Kamers team will bring all the excitement of the Cape show to Irene in Pretoria. This will be the second year that the team ventures across the Apies to bring the show to creatives in Gauteng. The awe-inspiring event will be presented at the Open Window School of Visual Communication from 29 November to 3 December.
