According to the team, “The main  problem with booking late is that it limits your choices as stock may not be available. There is also many aspects to an event, including venue availability, suppliers availability. Importantly, if you want people to come to your event it is always a good idea to plan it 1- 3 months ahead so people can book it in their diary. The sooner you can confirm a date the better so that people know when the event is happening. Without people you will not have an event.”
