Metal roofs are often made of metal panels which can be an excellent choice for durability. Waterproofing and insulation coatings for metal roofs are special water proof coatings for metal structures, produced from imported acrylate, silane elasticity of copolymerization emulsion, adding auxiliaries and UV reflective materials. This water proof system has good properties like UV reflection, fatigue resistance, anti-aging, and resistance to low temperature. This product can lower indoor temperatures to meet the needs of waterproofing and energy-saving.

B-Seal is a water bond, ready to apply elastic waterproofing sealant for filling and sealing cracks and joints in metal, concrete and wood surfaces, which prevents water penetration. When cured, it forms a tough, highly durable, flexible seal that has ultimate protection properties and can tolerate thermal shrinkage movements of the substrates.

This coating is made by mixing together two components. Components A and B react when mixed together, and after this the mixture becomes a higher property, waterproofing and anti-leaking film. This product is applied using a special spray machine with high speed to film, easy to apply on construction sites. The material is an environmentally friendly product and meets environmental requirements. Thickness can reach 4mm. The spray machine can better increase construction rates and save people resources and costs, greatly decreases construction time. Two spray guns can be added to this machine and the work area can be more than 1000SM per day.

Experience dictates that one needs to do an overall renovation for metal roofs every 8-10 years. This allows one to avoid changing your roof because of aging problems. Metal roof renovation includes waterproofing in roofs, anti-corrosion, rust protection, and insulation.

• B-Concrete Seal is a highly acrylic water bond, low viscosity, and penetrating primer or undercoat. It reacts with substrates to ensure better adhesion with excellent impact resistant properties on all surfaces. B- Concrete Sealer is suitable for application over old and new concrete, slates, bricks, plaster and roof tiles. 
• B-bond is a highly acrylic water bond penetrating primer or undercoat that has excellent flexibility and impact resistant properties on all surfaces it’s applied to. • B-Treat is formulated with an excellent rust-block additive that protects all types of metal against corrosion. The product is ideal for areas such as metal, rolled steel, mild steel, stainless
• B-Paint acts as a one-way membrane, allowing moisture to escape to the surface but prevents moisture ingress into the treated substrate.
• B-Thatch is a water bond acrylic membrane that is formulated in a variety of colours and provides sealing and fire-retardant qualities.
• B-Varnish is a water bond acrylic, electrometric membrane that is formulated as a clear product and which provides superb sealing qualities.
• B-Road is a pure acrylic emulsion paint for application to tar/bitumen and concrete roads.
• B-Rubberguard is a UV resistant, acrylic based rubberising compound for corrosion protection and moderate abrasion applications. The coating can be applied up to 6 mm thick. Materials are water based and non-toxic. No noxious fumes during painting and no need for solvents.
• B-Screed is an acrylic-based floor screed for high impact areas. The product’s principal characteristic is to build high films that cover irregular surfaces. Similar to the other B products, B-Screed has good waterproofing qualities, excellent abrasion resistance ideal for vibrating structures, and is nontoxic with negligible hazardous air pollutants

How would I know if my roof needs repairs?

Your roof is a major investment and as it ages, the granules loosen due to time or elements. If you notice any around your downspouts then this could be an indication that your current shingles may need repairs or replacement.

It might be hard to see from the ground, but you should be able to tell if a few shingles are cracked or curled. If it’s extensive, then complete replacement could be necessary. 

If you see signs that your roof is compromised from inside your home, such as dark spots or discoloration of the walls inside because water leakage has caused structural damage to it then there could be other problems too.
