Set the mood.
The first step to a lekker winter braai session is to sort out the mood. This is no beach braai, no sultry summer evening…more red wine and whisky than ice cold beer or gin and tonic. To set the mood and make the most of the frosty weather we suggest a roaring campfire. Make this fire away from your braai spot, and instead of letting it burn down to use the coals, keep feeding it to warm your guests.
